Meeting Highlights

  • The Board received and discussed an analysis of insurance coverage for the Russell Library Company.
  • The Board approved a relationship Agreement to be presented to the City of Middletown.
  • The Executive Committee approved the FY 08 strategic prioritized goals budget, based on our Strategic Plan, to modify the FY 08 budget, as requested by the Mayor.
  • The Assistant Director reviewed a 10-year graph on collection and circulation, which shows an active collection.
