FirstGov.gov for Business – U.S. Government repository of Web-based information that includes business filings on-line (registration, tax, contract, employer, etc.), business information by topic (from Big Business to Workplace Issues), business information by audience (small business, exporters, etc.), and a library.

Bureau of Labor Statistics – Statistics on the economy, demographics, employment, towns, states, companies, the employed, employers, occupations ( Occupational Outlook Handbook), etc. The site includes the Consumer Price Index and Import/export Price Index, as well as many other indicators.

Department of Commerce – Information on economic development, manufacturing statistics by industry, and international trade.

Census Bureau – Statistics on people, business, geographical sectors, etc. State, county and town profiles are available, as well as maps.

Treasury Bills and Rate History – Bureau of the Public Debt tracks the public debt and helps you track securities.
