Digitization Station

Do you have old photos or home movies you would love to share with family and friends, but no longer have a way to view them? Do you have pictures you’d like to Photoshop?

Come visit the Digitization Station digital conversion demonstration to learn how to use our equipment. To be able to convert you old photographs, videos, Super-8 and 8mm movies. We can show you how to save them to a USB drive, Google Drive or Dropbox Account.

Podcasting Basics

The editor of the Russell Library Middletown Strong podcasting team will share tips on how to get your podcast off the ground.

She will walk you through concept development, choosing a podcast format, and basic equipment setup and give you a crash course in recording and editing software, artwork design, and how to choose a hosting site and ultimately get listed in podcast directories.

Meet with a children’s librarian to learn how to utilize live online tutors to help with tricky homework assignments using HelpNow. Tutors can provide support in all subject areas for students from kindergarten to college. All you need is a Russell Library Card!
